Registration
The philosophy of the congress is to provide a full immersion
experience, where as much as possible is included given the type of registration
chosen.
Registration fees (per person) include:

Full entrance to the scientific sessions, accommodation (3 nights from 7th July 2016 to 10th
July 2016), free entrance to the swimming pool and thermal bath, coffee breaks, light lunch
buffet (from 8th July 2016 to 10th July 2016), dinners (from 7th July 2016 to 8th July
2016), Welcome Party (on 7th July 2016), Gala Dinner and Arts Corner (on 9th July 2016).

LIMITED

Conference Gala Dinner – Saturday, 9th July
On Saturday evening the dinner will be at the Radisson Blu
restaurant, where guests will enter a charming atmosphere and enjoy the cuisine typical of
the Region.
After the Gala Dinner there will be the Arts Corner, in
which everyone is invited to give a performance of whatever they like.

Cancellation Policy
For TYPE A-C-E-G
Request for refunds must be received in writing and refunds will be processed after the congress.
- before 20th May 2016 penalty of 30% of your complete fee
- before 20th June 2016 penalty of 40% of your complete fee
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 20th June 2016 or for no-shows.
For TYPE B-D-F-H-I
Request for refunds must be received in writing by 20th June
2016. Refunds will be processed after the congress minus a handling fee of 25% for
administrative costs.

Registration and Payment for EPCA 2016
Full payment must be made upon registration.
Payment will be made via Paypal account or credit card.
If you book a double or triple room you also have to register and pay for the other guests.
Accompanying guest registration is available only for family members or friends of fully registered attendees.
Rooms might be also available for only two extra nights
(before July 7th or after July 9th) at an agreed price. In this case, the partecipant has
first to register and pay through the online booking system and after contacting the hotel
directly to book extra nights.
